About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for generating new business leads and reengaging inactive accounts.
Support the Medical Sales team through targeted outreach.
Deliver ongoing account coverage and execute strategic campaigns.
Participate in training and team initiatives to promote sustained growth and success.
Focus on identifying and re-engaging inactive and zero-dollar accounts.
Provide coverage and support for open territories and manage inactive account requests.
Maintain account continuity and ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
Participate in GEMS Blitzes, training sessions, and call center days.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Prior experience or knowledge in relevant industries, e.g., pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, laboratory sciences, medical devices is a significant plus.
