About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Representing, supporting, and advising a dentist through their practice transition
- Selling and providing brokerage and other dental practice transition and valuation services
- Network and build relationships with practitioners, related industry professionals, and key stakeholders
- Achieve annual valuation, brokerage and other HS DPT services goals
- Consult practitioners in planning for the future sale of their practice/business
Requirements
What you’ll need- An active real estate license is strongly preferred, however not required
- Sales knowledge, dental industry and transition knowledge, practice financing experience, or real estate sales experience preferred
- Ability to communicate and present on the telephone, in writing, by email and in-person in a consistent, polished and professional manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
