Key responsibilities & impact

The Equipment Sales Associate is responsible for selling dental equipment and supporting the growth of regional market share.
This position provides approximately 1 to 3 years of industry-leading training and exposure while covering an assigned territory.
Maintain customer relationships, educate customers on product features, distinctions, and utilization.
Represent the company in sales calls and assist regional sales team in achieving designated sales goals.
Achieve annual sales goals established with Director of Equipment Sales.
Partner with Marketing team and serve as the lead on equipment marketing leads.
Attend sales meetings and trade shows, remaining cognizant of trends and developments in the industry.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically 1 to 3 years of related professional experience.
Basic understanding of industry practices
General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques
Good decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic presentation and public speaking skills
