CA Manager, Commercial Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on new business, expansion, and transfers
- Own revenue performance, including pipeline generation, forecasting, and target attainment
- Actively contribute to and support key deals, removing blockers and accelerating outcomes
- Build and refine go-to-market strategies across SMB and mid-market segments
- Establish clear performance expectations, sales processes, and operating cadence
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve conversion and retention
- Hire, onboard, and scale the team as the business grows
- Foster a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7-10+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales
- Proven experience leading and growing sales teams (ideally 5–10+ reps)
- Experience bringing a new product to market
- Demonstrated success in building pipeline and closing net new business
- Strong understanding of recurring revenue models (ARR, ACV, expansion)
- Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coaching and people development skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or a related industry is considered an asset.
