About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for leading a team of field sales consultants towards achieving sales and profit goals
- Develops sales strategies and executes programs to achieve sales goals
- Oversees staffing, training, and performance evaluations
- Interprets company policy to employees and enforces company policies
- Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
- Interacts closely with various internal management to discuss sales improvement
- Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements
- Prepares monthly sales reports and reviews market analyses
- Develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals specified by the company
Requirements
What you’ll need- Progressive sales experience in the medical distribution industry
- At least three years in supervisory role
- Knowledge of Medical Industry and Product
- Familiarity of eCommerce and related order entry system
- Ability to download reports and import files
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver's License with no prior suspensions or revocations.
