About the role

  • Independent responsibility for carrying out the monthly payroll
  • Processing the monthly payroll for a defined group of employees
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
  • Maintenance and review of payroll-relevant data in P&I LOGA and Workday
  • Performing regular data reconciliations and identifying discrepancies
  • Ensuring efficient interface processes between Workday and LOGA
  • Handling time and attendance processes
  • Point of contact for payroll inquiries
  • Preparation of certificates and reports
  • Participation in projects and process optimizations
  • Support during audits and year-end closing activities

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • At least 5 years of professional experience
  • Ideally with an additional qualification in payroll accounting (e.g., Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax, social security, and employment law
  • Confident user of P&I LOGA, particularly the Payroll, Position Plan (Stellenplan), and Report Generator modules
  • Practical experience with Workday
  • Experience in managing and contributing to HR projects
