About the role
- Responsible for the strategic sourcing of all indirect goods and services.
- Develop and execute Global multi-year procurement strategies.
- Oversee supplier relationships and drive cost savings and value creation.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience.
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
- Master's degree or global equivalent preferred.
- May hold two or more industry certifications.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful procurement strategies that deliver cost savings and improve efficiency across diverse categories.
- Experience managing executive internal stakeholders and senior external supply partners.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
