About the role

  • Accelerate the sales process by demonstrating to customers the immediate value of our solutions and services.
  • Establish effective relationships with customers to quickly understand their needs and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
  • Anticipate potential customer requests/requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Provide targeted assistance on using our platform.
  • Work dynamically with Marketing and Development departments to identify strategies.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform the development team about product improvements.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Austria.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success roles or similar, preferably in a SaaS context.
  • Self-motivation and focus on achieving goals.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability in critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Results-oriented and customer satisfaction-driven.
  • Proficiency in using computer tools and CRM systems.
  • Good knowledge of English to interact in an international context.
