About the role
- Accelerate the sales process by demonstrating to customers the immediate value of our solutions and services.
- Establish effective relationships with customers to quickly understand their needs and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
- Anticipate potential customer requests/requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Provide targeted assistance on using our platform.
- Work dynamically with Marketing and Development departments to identify strategies.
- Gather customer feedback to inform the development team about product improvements.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Austria.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success roles or similar, preferably in a SaaS context.
- Self-motivation and focus on achieving goals.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability in critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Results-oriented and customer satisfaction-driven.
- Proficiency in using computer tools and CRM systems.
- Good knowledge of English to interact in an international context.
