About the role
- Responsible for managing all B2B sales activities within a specific territory.
- Consultative contact with every account in a designated territory.
- Grow merchandise, equipment, and service sales with existing customers and a heavy emphasis on obtaining new customers.
- Form a business relationship with the customer built around the relevance of Henry Schein to the customer's needs associated with business practices, merchandise, equipment, and service.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales Gross Profit (GP) goals by actively participating and executing key sales initiatives and programs.
- Direct sales activities within the territory through the coordination of all team selling.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Requirements
- At least 2 years prior sales experience preferred.
- Professional selling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Proficient computer software skills including the use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail.
- Project management skills.
