About the role

  • Responsible for managing all B2B sales activities within a specific territory.
  • Consultative contact with every account in a designated territory.
  • Grow merchandise, equipment, and service sales with existing customers and a heavy emphasis on obtaining new customers.
  • Form a business relationship with the customer built around the relevance of Henry Schein to the customer's needs associated with business practices, merchandise, equipment, and service.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales Gross Profit (GP) goals by actively participating and executing key sales initiatives and programs.
  • Direct sales activities within the territory through the coordination of all team selling.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years prior sales experience preferred.
  • Professional selling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  • Proficient computer software skills including the use of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Project management skills.
