About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by partnering with executive leadership to design scalable operating models
Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and strategic business consulting
Identify, prioritize, and help implement AI, automation, and digital solutions, including generative AI, AI Agents, RPA, and workflow automation
Support enterprise governance for AI and automation, including standards, prioritization criteria, business cases, risk management, and benefit realization
Champion change management, communications, training, and knowledge management initiatives
Measure and sustain business value through KPI development, ROI tracking, performance dashboards, and executive reporting
Facilitate strategic Kaizen workshops and cross-functional team sessions
Utilize data and metrics to identify trends, measure success, and make recommendations
Analyze workflows and processes and implement changes to improve operational efficiency
Instill and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
Partner with the Global Distribution Group Executive Leadership Team, business functions, and technology teams
Report to the Sr Director, Process Excellence
May train and mentor less experienced TSMs and manage vendor relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required)
Typically 10 or more years of progressive experience in process excellence, consulting, business transformation, or operational excellence
Experience in AI, automation and digital transformation required
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise level transformation initiatives
Experience leading enterprise process transformation and operational excellence initiatives
Strong business consulting and executive facilitation skills
Experience leveraging AI solutions, generative AI, automation platforms, RPA, workflow automation or process mining
Experience evaluating AI, automation or RPA opportunities and developing business cases
Understanding of change management and organizational adoption methodologies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions
Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Experience working across multiple business functions and executive stakeholders
Project and portfolio management expertise
Financial acumen with the ability to quantify business value and ROI
Strong collaboration skills across business teams, IT, Finance and Shared Services
Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related discipline is preferred
Master's degree or global equivalent preferred
May hold two or more industry certifications
