About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze contracts for profit opportunities and determine access to higher pricing or tier levels
- Collaborate with management, sales representatives and suppliers to complete contract activations and verification
- Compile, review, complete, distribute and audit daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Analyze business opportunities and processes, including GPO analysis and GPO Hunter database opportunities
- Review opportunities for equipment chargebacks
- Participate in special projects and perform other required duties
- Compile and distribute manual chargeback details to suppliers
- Analyze large negative-GP transactions and correct sell prices where applicable
- Assist management with training new TSMs
- Supervise non-exempt TSMs when the Supervisor and Manager are unavailable
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically 4 or more years of related experience
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI and Access skills
- Knowledge of sales plans, contracts, GPOs and pricing
- Strong analytical skills
- Very detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service orientation and ability to resolve complex issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information
- Ability to work in a team environment and multitask
- Ability to manage conflict and work effectively under pressure
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to oversee small to large-sized projects
- Ability to identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
- Ability to establish productive working relationships at multiple organizational levels
- Typically high school education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training; bachelor's degree preferred
