Design, develop, and enhance features while resolving bugs, delivering high-quality, maintainable code
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams
Mentor and support the growth of team members by sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and promoting best practices
Solve complex technical challenges with creativity, curiosity, and a focus on long-term solutions
Partner with DevOps to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and reliable software delivery
Apply SOLID principles, test-driven development, and other best practices to produce robust, scalable software

Requirements

6+ years of experience building backend software with Java
Has experience working effectively within an agile, hybrid work environment
Actively engages in sharing ideas and learning from fellow team members
Ability to apply effective technical leadership and works collaboratively with the team to drive outcomes
Proficient with RESTful APIs and integrating internal/third-party services
Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across other engineering teams and product
Proactive, curious, and self-motivated; empathetic, authentic, and resilient
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Nice to Have)
Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
Hands-on experience building frontend applications with React (Nice to Have)
