• Henry Meds is a remote-first startup focused on providing compounded medications to Americans; remote-first culture with generous PTO/benefits.
• Internal Communications Manager will design and drive internal communication strategies to educate colleagues and support company culture.
• Reports to the Vice President of Communications; aligns internal plans with broader company strategy to keep colleagues informed about Henry’s role in healthcare and updates on company efforts.
• Duties include working with cross-functional colleagues to drive creative communication methods and serve as a key stakeholder in shaping Henry Meds' culture and voice; planning and delivering tactical plans.
• Core member of Henry Meds Communications Team; develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies; oversee creation and dissemination of internal communications; ensure brand consistency.
• Work with C-Suite to develop thought leadership pieces.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance to ensure regulatory and legal requirements are met.
• Provide guidance and support to team members; establish metrics; monitor industry trends; innovate communications; produce and edit videos.
