About the role
- Learn and apply Application Management processes in an SAP environment
- Support our customers and handle support requests as part of second-level support
- Perform system analyses to ensure the stability and performance of customer systems
- Assist with the design, planning and execution of projects (e.g. release upgrades)
- Perform customizing in customer systems
- Further develop customer-specific requirements
- Create system and process documentation
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a degree in (business) informatics — comparable qualifications are also welcome
- Initial practical experience in IT service management or with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP P2P processes
- Excellent analytical and process-oriented thinking skills
- Convincing, customer-focused and team-oriented personality
- Motivation to independently learn new topics and take responsibility
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working and enjoyment in solving technical challenges together with customers
- Good German and English skills and enjoyment in communicating within the team and with customers.
