About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and structure complex group benefit schemes
- Draft and secure foundational documents and the contractual architecture
- Analyze technical balances (S/P, PB, reinsurance, etc.) and provide well-founded recommendations
- Present findings to HR, Finance and Procurement leadership
- Respond to tenders and support pitch presentations
- Support strategic or sensitive cases
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience (5–10 years) in group insurance
- Strong expertise in health and welfare benefits
- Solid technical and regulatory knowledge
- Financial analysis skills
- Advisory mindset and credibility with demanding stakeholders
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Professional working proficiency in English is an asset
