About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take charge of complex cases
- Analyze and address any operational issues and propose improvements
- Participate in the onboarding process for new business and transfers
- Analyze client DSN data flows for approval (DSN: French payroll reporting system)
- Review contributing accounts and carry out actions related to pre-litigation
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and commercial teams on matters within your area of expertise
- Verify the compliance of one or more activities, including, among other things, validating files
- Lead technical workshops
- Train new hires and support the technical upskilling of the team's case managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 4 years of experience in Group Benefits (Prévoyance)
- Strong knowledge of Group Benefits mechanisms
- Autonomous and reliable in managing sensitive operations
- Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office 365)
- Good command of French, both written and spoken
- Professional working proficiency in English is a strong plus
