About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish telephone contact with our policyholders (incoming and outgoing calls)
  • Manage customer requests (new subscriptions, changes to coverages, cancellations) via email, phone and post
  • Provide advisory services by recommending the offer best suited to the client's needs and budget
  • Monitor client files (mail handling, scanning, archiving)
  • Handle complaints and implement necessary corrective actions
  • Make outgoing calls for commercial campaigns or follow up with prospects on active quotes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's-equivalent diploma (Bac+2/3) in Business or Insurance
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a Sales Advisor or Client Relationship role
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Office 365)
  • Ability to adapt to new digital tools
  • Strong written and spoken French (spelling and grammar)
