About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish telephone contact with our policyholders (incoming and outgoing calls)
- Manage customer requests (new subscriptions, changes to coverages, cancellations) via email, phone and post
- Provide advisory services by recommending the offer best suited to the client's needs and budget
- Monitor client files (mail handling, scanning, archiving)
- Handle complaints and implement necessary corrective actions
- Make outgoing calls for commercial campaigns or follow up with prospects on active quotes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's-equivalent diploma (Bac+2/3) in Business or Insurance
- Minimum of two years' experience in a Sales Advisor or Client Relationship role
- Comfortable with digital tools (Office 365)
- Ability to adapt to new digital tools
- Strong written and spoken French (spelling and grammar)
