About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support our beneficiaries and healthcare professionals
- Respond to their inquiries and guide them through their care pathway
- Provide information about policy coverage, reimbursements and administrative procedures
- Ensure high-quality service by providing clear and effective responses
- Manage contract and benefits administration
- Register and terminate contracts, and monitor premium payments
- Process health claims: record reimbursements and prepare cost estimates
- Update and amend beneficiary records
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in spoken and written English and French
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good listener with a strong customer service orientation
- Energetic and enthusiastic in your work
- Methodical
- Demonstrates rigor, strong organizational skills and responsiveness in daily work
- Goal-oriented, focused on meeting targets: processing quality, volumes and deadlines
