About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contributing to the operational deployment of the Group's HR strategy.
- Supporting managers in handling their HR-related issues.
- Participating in the implementation of annual training campaigns.
- Managing multiple recruitments in parallel.
- Contributing to cross-functional HR projects at Group level.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, business school or university.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
- Recognized for pragmatism, autonomy and a strong sense of priorities.
- Adaptability and proactivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
