About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage claims (temporary incapacity, disability, daily sickness benefits, death) from opening through settlement
  • Assemble claim files (review supporting documents and assess coverages) and follow up on missing documents
  • Monitor payments
  • Handle incoming calls to advise our clients (HR contacts) on file tracking and management
  • Manage the policy lifecycle: enrollment/termination and premium collection.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in group risk/employee benefits
  • Attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong organizational skills
  • Comfort with numbers / strong numeracy
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office 365)
  • Good command of French, both written and spoken
