Group Risk & Benefits Administrator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage claims (temporary incapacity, disability, daily sickness benefits, death) from opening through settlement
- Assemble claim files (review supporting documents and assess coverages) and follow up on missing documents
- Monitor payments
- Handle incoming calls to advise our clients (HR contacts) on file tracking and management
- Manage the policy lifecycle: enrollment/termination and premium collection.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in group risk/employee benefits
- Attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong organizational skills
- Comfort with numbers / strong numeracy
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office 365)
- Good command of French, both written and spoken
