Provident Insurance Claims Administrator
Henner GroupGestionnaire Prévoyance responsible for managing administrative tasks related to insurance contracts. Collaborating with a dedicated team and providing advice to clients on their contracts.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle claims (incapacity, disability, daily allowances, death) from opening to settlement
- Assemble claim files, review supporting documents and policy coverages, and follow up on missing documentation
- Monitor payments and disbursements
- Handle incoming calls to advise our clients (HR contacts)
- Manage contract lifecycle: registration/deregistration and collection of contributions/premiums
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have prior experience in a similar role
- Ideally gained in provident/group risk insurance
- Recognised for your rigour, responsiveness and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team spirit
- Comfortable with digital tools (Office 365)
- Good command of French, both written and spoken
