About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle claims (incapacity, disability, daily allowances, death) from opening to settlement
  • Assemble claim files, review supporting documents and policy coverages, and follow up on missing documentation
  • Monitor payments and disbursements
  • Handle incoming calls to advise our clients (HR contacts)
  • Manage contract lifecycle: registration/deregistration and collection of contributions/premiums

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have prior experience in a similar role
  • Ideally gained in provident/group risk insurance
  • Recognised for your rigour, responsiveness and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team spirit
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Office 365)
  • Good command of French, both written and spoken
