About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Write and update website content and materials
  • Create and standardize operational documentation
  • Draft meeting minutes (steering committees, working groups, project meetings)
  • Prepare and format meeting materials, internal presentations and committee documents
  • Contribute to drafting email campaigns and internal communications
  • Help tailor key messages for specific audiences (teams, managers, internal partners)
  • Support the organization and promotion of internal events
  • Provide ad-hoc support to teams for their communication or documentation needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are currently studying for a diploma equivalent to 2–3 years of higher education (L2/L3 or Bachelor), ideally in executive assistance, communications, or a related field
  • You have a specialization or a strong interest in written communication and content structuring
  • You are proficient with office tools, notably:
  • - PowerPoint (formatting and message structuring)
  • - Word and Excel (intermediate level)
  • With excellent writing skills, you demonstrate rigor and strong organizational abilities
  • Autonomous and reliable, you can quickly grasp operational topics and adapt to diverse stakeholders
  • You are personable and maintain professional discretion
  • Independent, organized and curious, you enjoy teamwork and can be proactive. You want to grow in a collaborative, respectful and stimulating work environment
