About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate, relay and embody messages from management
Lead the unit's operational monitoring meetings (MVP meetings, briefings…)
Manage the teams reporting to you (performance reviews, follow-up, skills development…)
Define and track the team's daily objectives
Organize activities according to forecasts and objectives
Ensure compliance with processes and provide regular reporting
Oversee complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Prior experience in team coordination or management
Ability to coach, support and develop team members
Good listening skills, diplomacy and a collaborative mindset
