Deputy Operations Unit Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate, relay and embody messages from management
- Lead the unit's operational monitoring meetings (MVP meetings, briefings…)
- Manage the teams reporting to you (performance reviews, follow-up, skills development…)
- Define and track the team's daily objectives
- Organize activities according to forecasts and objectives
- Ensure compliance with processes and provide regular reporting
- Oversee complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience in team coordination or management
- Ability to coach, support and develop team members
- Good listening skills, diplomacy and a collaborative mindset
- Rigorous and structured
- Ability to prioritize effectively and propose practical solutions
- Commitment to continuous process improvement
