About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate, relay and embody messages from management
  • Lead the unit's operational monitoring meetings (MVP meetings, briefings…)
  • Manage the teams reporting to you (performance reviews, follow-up, skills development…)
  • Define and track the team's daily objectives
  • Organize activities according to forecasts and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with processes and provide regular reporting
  • Oversee complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
