About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and monitor contribution billing and collection notices
  • Manage DSN (nominative social declaration)
  • Ensure administrative management of client files
  • Process individual and collective contractual changes
  • Record and enter individual enrollments and cancellations
  • Monitor unpaid contributions and handle pre-litigation follow-up
  • Allocate incoming payments
  • Manage client relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Preferably hold a Bac+2 (two-year) diploma
  • At least one year of experience in group insurance (pré-voyance)
  • Strong aptitude and interest in contribution management
  • Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Detail-oriented, organized and curious
  • Energetic and open-minded
  • Team player who takes initiative
