About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage claims (incapacity, disability, daily sickness benefits, death) from initial registration through settlement
Assemble case files (review supporting documents and policy coverages) and follow up on missing documents
Monitor benefit payments
Answer incoming calls to advise clients on file follow-up and claims management
Manage the policy lifecycle: registration/termination and collection of premiums

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in protection insurance
Recognized for your rigor, responsiveness and organizational skills
Strong affinity for numbers
Good interpersonal skills and a team spirit
Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office 365)
Good command of the French language, both written and spoken
