Income Protection Claims Administrator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage claims (incapacity, disability, daily sickness benefits, death) from initial registration through settlement
- Assemble case files (review supporting documents and policy coverages) and follow up on missing documents
- Monitor benefit payments
- Answer incoming calls to advise clients on file follow-up and claims management
- Manage the policy lifecycle: registration/termination and collection of premiums
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in protection insurance
- Recognized for your rigor, responsiveness and organizational skills
- Strong affinity for numbers
- Good interpersonal skills and a team spirit
- Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office 365)
- Good command of the French language, both written and spoken
