About the role

  • Manage claims (incapacity, disability, daily sickness benefits, death) from initial registration through settlement
  • Assemble case files (review supporting documents and policy coverages) and follow up on missing documents
  • Monitor benefit payments
  • Answer incoming calls to advise clients on file follow-up and claims management
  • Manage the policy lifecycle: registration/termination and collection of premiums

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in protection insurance
  • Recognized for your rigor, responsiveness and organizational skills
  • Strong affinity for numbers
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team spirit
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office 365)
  • Good command of the French language, both written and spoken
