About the role
- Study, analysis and drafting of delegation-of-management protocols and amendments to ensure compliance with insurance providers
- Implementation of Solvency II regulations, ACPR guidelines on the control of delegated risks and CNIL (data protection) requirements
- Drafting contractual clauses in compliance with the company’s internal procedures and Solvency II regulations
- Participation in and organization of study committees with the Group’s operational and support departments
- Coordination of relationships with our insurance partners
- Legal monitoring of developments in Solvency II regulations at national and EU level
Requirements
- You are completing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Contract Law, Business Law and/or Insurance Law or Complementary Social Protection
- The versatility required for this apprenticeship demands organization, autonomy and rigor
- You demonstrate curiosity, are pragmatic and enjoy taking on challenges
- Strong listening and service orientation, mental flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this apprenticeship
- Your analytical and synthesis skills, together with your drafting abilities, are decisive for this role
