About the role

  • Provide daily support on all matters related to supplementary social protection, including the implementation and compliance of health care, major disability/death insurance (prévoyance lourde) and pension schemes, and ensuring compliance with the related social and tax exemption requirements
  • Draft legal briefs on strategic topics
  • Assist with negotiating and then drafting or reviewing a variety of contracts: commercial partnership agreements, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training on core topics and current issues
  • Write articles for a monthly news bulletin
  • Maintain ongoing legislative and regulatory monitoring

Requirements

  • You are completing a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) in Supplementary Social Protection law, Insurance law and/or Labor law
  • The versatility required for this role calls for strong organization, autonomy and rigor
  • Your analytical and synthesis skills, together with your drafting abilities, will be decisive
  • You are curious, pragmatic and enjoy taking on challenges
  • Strong listening and client-service skills, intellectual flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this work-study position
