About the role
- Assist beneficiaries and healthcare professionals
- Respond to their requests and guide them through their care journey, primarily by phone and email
- Inform them about their policy coverages, reimbursements and administrative management (enrollment, endorsements, cancellations, premiums, etc.)
- Ensure high-quality service by providing clear and effective responses
- Manage contract and benefits administration
- Register and cancel contracts, and monitor premium payments
- Handle health claims: entering reimbursements, preparing quotes, issuing authorizations for coverage
- Update and modify beneficiary records (policy, address, bank details, etc.)
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French
- Enjoy working in a team and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be attentive and have a strong customer service orientation
- Be dynamic and enthusiastic in your work
- Be methodical and demonstrate rigor, organization and responsiveness in daily tasks
- Focused on achieving set objectives: quality of processing, volumes, deadlines
