About the role

  • Assist beneficiaries and healthcare professionals
  • Respond to their requests and guide them through their care journey, primarily by phone and email
  • Inform them about their policy coverages, reimbursements and administrative management (enrollment, endorsements, cancellations, premiums, etc.)
  • Ensure high-quality service by providing clear and effective responses
  • Manage contract and benefits administration
  • Register and cancel contracts, and monitor premium payments
  • Handle health claims: entering reimbursements, preparing quotes, issuing authorizations for coverage
  • Update and modify beneficiary records (policy, address, bank details, etc.)

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and French
  • Enjoy working in a team and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be attentive and have a strong customer service orientation
  • Be dynamic and enthusiastic in your work
  • Be methodical and demonstrate rigor, organization and responsiveness in daily tasks
  • Focused on achieving set objectives: quality of processing, volumes, deadlines
