About the role

  • Structure, ensure the reliability of, and add value to data analysis
  • Gain a comprehensive view of the department's data challenges
  • Collect data from various internal teams and ensure its consistency
  • Act as a coordinator/facilitator between business teams and the operational management team
  • Coordinate and oversee the production of reports for clients and insurers
  • Identify anomalies and inconsistencies in data and propose corrective actions
  • Contribute to the development of operational action plans

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) — engineering school, business school, or university in data, management, economics, healthcare, or equivalent
  • 3–4 years' experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst in a complex environment (insurance, healthcare, services, consulting, large corporation)
  • Strong ability to understand business issues; knowledge of healthcare / care provider networks is a plus
  • Solid command of analysis and reporting tools (advanced Excel; Qlik Sense is a plus)
  • Proven ability to define KPIs, ensure data reliability, and produce value-oriented reporting
  • Comfortable working with multiple data sources and with diverse business stakeholders
  • Fluent in French and English
