About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure, ensure the reliability of, and add value to data analysis
- Gain a comprehensive view of the department's data challenges
- Collect data from various internal teams and ensure its consistency
- Act as a coordinator/facilitator between business teams and the operational management team
- Coordinate and oversee the production of reports for clients and insurers
- Identify anomalies and inconsistencies in data and propose corrective actions
- Contribute to the development of operational action plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Bac+5) — engineering school, business school, or university in data, management, economics, healthcare, or equivalent
- 3–4 years' experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst in a complex environment (insurance, healthcare, services, consulting, large corporation)
- Strong ability to understand business issues; knowledge of healthcare / care provider networks is a plus
- Solid command of analysis and reporting tools (advanced Excel; Qlik Sense is a plus)
- Proven ability to define KPIs, ensure data reliability, and produce value-oriented reporting
- Comfortable working with multiple data sources and with diverse business stakeholders
- Fluent in French and English
