About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure, validate and add value to data analysis across international management scopes
- Gain a comprehensive view of the department’s data priorities and develop a roadmap for reporting, KPIs, client expectations, etc.
- Collect data from various internal teams and ensure its consistency
- Coordinate and deliver reports for clients and insurers
- Identify anomalies and inconsistencies in the data and propose corrective actions
- Produce clear, readable, value-oriented materials
- Contribute to the development of operational action plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent (engineering, business school, university – data, management, economics, healthcare, or related field)
- 3–4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst in a complex environment (insurance, healthcare, services, consulting, large corporate)
- Strong command of analysis and reporting tools (advanced Excel; Qlik Sense experience preferred for data analysis)
- Ability to define and structure KPIs
- Strong ability to understand business issues
- Fluent English (ability to work and communicate fluently in English)
