About the role

  • Structure, validate and add value to data analysis across international management scopes
  • Gain a comprehensive view of the department’s data priorities and develop a roadmap for reporting, KPIs, client expectations, etc.
  • Collect data from various internal teams and ensure its consistency
  • Coordinate and deliver reports for clients and insurers
  • Identify anomalies and inconsistencies in the data and propose corrective actions
  • Produce clear, readable, value-oriented materials
  • Contribute to the development of operational action plans

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent (engineering, business school, university – data, management, economics, healthcare, or related field)
  • 3–4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst in a complex environment (insurance, healthcare, services, consulting, large corporate)
  • Strong command of analysis and reporting tools (advanced Excel; Qlik Sense experience preferred for data analysis)
  • Ability to define and structure KPIs
  • Strong ability to understand business issues
  • Fluent English (ability to work and communicate fluently in English)
