About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle complex cases.
- Analyze and resolve any operational issues and propose improvements.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new cases and transfers into management.
- Analyze client DSN flows for approval.
- Review employer contribution accounts and carry out actions related to pre-litigation.
- Act as the point of contact for clients and commercial teams on matters within your area of expertise.
- Ensure the compliance of one or more activities, including, among other tasks, validating files/cases.
- Lead technical workshops.
- Report technical malfunctions to the Unit Manager.
- Train new hires and support the technical upskilling of team administrators/claims handlers in addition to formal training programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in Protection Insurance / Group Benefits (minimum 3–4 years)
- Strong knowledge of protection insurance mechanisms
- Autonomous and reliable in handling sensitive operations
- Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office 365)
- Strong command of written (spelling and grammar) and spoken French
- Fluent English is a strong plus
