- Process inquiries from policyholders and partners
- Monitor files in accordance with internal procedures
- Verify and enter data into management systems
- Contribute to updating databases
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Process correspondence and medical certificates
- Ensure medical confidentiality and compliance with GDPR
- Maintain filing and archiving
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of provident/risk insurance products (individual and group)
- Proficiency with office software (Excel, Word)
- Recognized for accuracy and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Discretion and respect for data confidentiality
