About the role
- Manage claims (incapacity, disability, daily allowances, death) from initial notification through to settlement
- Compile case files (review supporting documents and coverage) and follow up on missing documentation
- Monitor benefit payments
- Handle incoming telephone calls to advise our clients (HR contacts) on case follow-up and management
- Manage the contract lifecycle: registrations/cancellations and collection of premiums
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in income protection/group risk or employee benefits
- Recognized for your rigor, responsiveness and organizational skills
- Strong aptitude for numbers is a plus for this position
- Good interpersonal skills and a team spirit are assets for success in this role
- Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office 365)
- Good command of French, both written and spoken
