About the role

  • Manage claims (incapacity, disability, daily allowances, death) from initial notification through to settlement
  • Compile case files (review supporting documents and coverage) and follow up on missing documentation
  • Monitor benefit payments
  • Handle incoming telephone calls to advise our clients (HR contacts) on case follow-up and management
  • Manage the contract lifecycle: registrations/cancellations and collection of premiums

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in income protection/group risk or employee benefits
  • Recognized for your rigor, responsiveness and organizational skills
  • Strong aptitude for numbers is a plus for this position
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team spirit are assets for success in this role
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office 365)
  • Good command of French, both written and spoken
