Create and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews, performance reports, and actionable recommendations
Manage complex media budgets across channels and promotional calendars, including Prime Day
Ensure timely content delivery and implementation
Collaborate with Account Managers, internal teams, and retail advertising teams
Serve as the internal and external media expert
Provide operational support including monthly billing, reporting, and customer service coordination
