About the role
- Actively support field projects, manage existing customers, and prospection of new users
- 75% of your time on technical field support, mainly installers and recruiting new installers
- Ensure the development of sustainable cooperation and commercial activities to increase turnover
- 25% of your time with engineering companies and prefab companies
- Develop a network to promote Henco as a partner
- Analyze market developments and sales activities and report to the Regional Sales Director
Requirements
- Educated to at least Bachelor level
- Experience in the HVAC sector and a technical mindset is an absolute must
- Your mother tongue is Norwegian and your English is fluent written and spoken
- You are a dynamic person with a nose for business and strong commercial talent
- You assume responsibility and work results-oriented
- With your entrepreneurial way of working, you are able to work independently in structuring and planning
- An international context with a positive can-do mentality is your ideal home

- Smooth use of the current software packages.
