About the role

  • Actively support field projects, manage existing customers, and prospection of new users
  • 75% of your time on technical field support, mainly installers and recruiting new installers
  • Ensure the development of sustainable cooperation and commercial activities to increase turnover
  • 25% of your time with engineering companies and prefab companies
  • Develop a network to promote Henco as a partner
  • Analyze market developments and sales activities and report to the Regional Sales Director

Requirements

  • Educated to at least Bachelor level
  • Experience in the HVAC sector and a technical mindset is an absolute must
  • Your mother tongue is Norwegian and your English is fluent written and spoken
  • You are a dynamic person with a nose for business and strong commercial talent
  • You assume responsibility and work results-oriented
  • With your entrepreneurial way of working, you are able to work independently in structuring and planning
  • An international context with a positive can-do mentality is your ideal home
  • Challenges don’t scare you but are seen as opportunities
  • Smooth use of the current software packages.
