About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process sales orders in the ERP system as per care working procedures from various entry channels
- Prioritize orders in case of shortages as per customer classification
- Coordinate return orders and issuing related credit notes
- Proactively manage the outbound and inbound communication with the customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in lively customer service international environments
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Proficient in ERP-systems (Microsoft preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of the paint sector would be valuable but not required
- Proficient communication skills in Spanish and English AND/OR Greek and English
- Italian or any other European language would be an advantage
