About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handling of Data Subject Requests (EU GDPR principle: Subject Access Requests, right to be forgotten, etc.)
- Data Mapping activities
- Privacy Breach management
- Employee Data Access requests
- Follow-up on risk mitigation plans with risk owners
- Privacy review of vendors including input to Data Privacy Agreements (DPA), etc.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum bachelor's degree in Law, Business Law, Information Governance or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in privacy, compliance, risk, governance or related operational function
- Significant exposure to GDPR required, exposure to other data protection frameworks is an advantage
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Structured documentation and reporting skills
- Diligent and precise
- Ability to work independently, and to escalate appropriately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with governance or workflow tools (e.g. One Trust or similar) is a plus
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) required
