About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing end-to-end sales order in the ERP system (e.g. facilitation of on-time delivery, product substitutions and invoicing)
  • Handling return order process and driving resolution of non-technical customer complaints
  • Supporting customer inquiries (e.g. quotations order placement, tracking, delivery status updates, product information)
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical Services)
  • Ensure data accuracy in invoicing, sales orders, and credit/debit notes processing
  • Building strong collaboration with the commercial organization on orders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or similar role
  • Very good English and Dutch language proficiency (B2 level or higher)
  • University degree in relevant field would be a plus
  • Working experience with ERP systems would be an advantage (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Highly motivated and proactive approach
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work under time pressure
  • Open-minded team player, able to work independently when needed
