About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing end-to-end sales order in the ERP system (e.g. facilitation of on-time delivery, product substitutions and invoicing)
Handling return order process and driving resolution of non-technical customer complaints
Supporting customer inquiries (e.g. quotations order placement, tracking, delivery status updates, product information)
Acting as the primary point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical Services)
Ensure data accuracy in invoicing, sales orders, and credit/debit notes processing
Building strong collaboration with the commercial organization on orders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or similar role
Very good English and Dutch language proficiency (B2 level or higher)
University degree in relevant field would be a plus
Working experience with ERP systems would be an advantage (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or similar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Highly motivated and proactive approach
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work under time pressure
Open-minded team player, able to work independently when needed
