About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively participate in refining logistics processes
Collaborate closely with the Logistics Manager for South-East Europe
Handle key logistics activities, planning, and analyzing logistical resources
Ensure process efficiency, timeliness, and compliance with legal and quality requirements
Maintain and analyze inventory parameters and data
Place purchasing orders and follow safety stock and demand requirements
Ensure timely and full delivery of goods
Supervise financial reserves for transport costs
Implement critical metrics for corrective actions
Develop and maintain a master schedule for transportation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong planning, problem-solving, and self-learning skills
Experience in inventory replenishment and management
Knowledge of warehousing processes, purchasing, shipping, and transport
Background in Logistics/Supply Chain education is advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the Dynamix system
Strong communication skills in Italian and English
Additional proficiency in Turkish is a plus
