About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace
- Strengthen safety culture and support teams
- Meet highest standards in health, safety, and environmental performance
- Report directly to Operations Manager for North & Central Europe
- Lead 2 direct reports
- Provide guidance and expertise in daily operations and long‑term improvements
- Ensure compliance & HSE governance
- Conduct risk & process safety assessments
- Manage incidents & drive continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Academic background in HSE / Safety Engineering or postgraduate studies in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
- 3–5 years of experience in HSE
- Previous experience from coating and/or chemical industry is desirable
- Production; ATEX-regulated environments would be highly valuable
- MS office (PPT, Word, Excel, Visio)
- Proficiency in both English and Polish
- High computer skills
