About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace
Strengthen safety culture and support teams
Meet highest standards in health, safety, and environmental performance
Report directly to Operations Manager for North & Central Europe
Lead 2 direct reports
Provide guidance and expertise in daily operations and long‑term improvements
Ensure compliance & HSE governance
Conduct risk & process safety assessments
Manage incidents & drive continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Academic background in HSE / Safety Engineering or postgraduate studies in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
3–5 years of experience in HSE
Previous experience from coating and/or chemical industry is desirable
Production; ATEX-regulated environments would be highly valuable
MS office (PPT, Word, Excel, Visio)
Proficiency in both English and Polish
High computer skills
