About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and manage raw material requirements for the central RM warehouse based on production forecasts and demand planning
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels to support production while minimizing excess stock
  • Monitor stock levels, safety stock parameters, and reorder points
  • Identify risks of shortages or excess inventory and take corrective actions
  • Execute purchase orders for raw materials in line with planning requirements
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and delivery reliability
  • Support cost control initiatives and purchasing optimization
  • Maintain accurate raw material inventory records
  • Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure correct stock levels and material availability
  • Manage material allocations within the central RM warehouse
  • Assist with global raw material allocation and reallocation across sites
  • Support cross-regional supply chain initiatives
  • Participate in supply chain improvement projects and planning optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate with global planning teams to ensure supply continuity
  • Analyse inventory trends, shortages, and supply risks
  • Prepare reports related to stock levels, supplier performance, and planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years experience in supply planning, purchasing, or supply chain operations
  • Proficiency in Excel and supply chain tools
  • Experience in D365 is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work in a global and cross-functional environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset
