About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and manage raw material requirements for the central RM warehouse based on production forecasts and demand planning
- Ensure optimal inventory levels to support production while minimizing excess stock
- Monitor stock levels, safety stock parameters, and reorder points
- Identify risks of shortages or excess inventory and take corrective actions
- Execute purchase orders for raw materials in line with planning requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and delivery reliability
- Support cost control initiatives and purchasing optimization
- Maintain accurate raw material inventory records
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure correct stock levels and material availability
- Manage material allocations within the central RM warehouse
- Assist with global raw material allocation and reallocation across sites
- Support cross-regional supply chain initiatives
- Participate in supply chain improvement projects and planning optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with global planning teams to ensure supply continuity
- Analyse inventory trends, shortages, and supply risks
- Prepare reports related to stock levels, supplier performance, and planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in supply planning, purchasing, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in Excel and supply chain tools
- Experience in D365 is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to work in a global and cross-functional environment
