About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage customer inquiries including quotations, orders, delivery updates, and product information
- Coordinate and process customer purchase orders efficiently including return orders and claims issues
- Handle full sales order management in the ERP system, including delivery and invoicing
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure accurate customer data and administrative follow-up
- Uphold safety, compliance, and company standards in order-handling activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Spanish and English
- Greek or any additional EU languages are a plus
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
