About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage customer inquiries including quotations, orders, delivery updates, and product information
Coordinate and process customer purchase orders efficiently including return orders and claims issues
Handle full sales order management in the ERP system, including delivery and invoicing
Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Ensure accurate customer data and administrative follow-up
Uphold safety, compliance, and company standards in order-handling activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
Strong written and spoken communication skills in Spanish and English
Greek or any additional EU languages are a plus
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
