About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive and support global, cross-functional projects related to the Marine strategy and our Must-Win Battles.
Lead execution of strategic initiatives across sales excellence and business development to ensure effective implementation and measurable impact.
Translate strategic objectives into clear project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate and align with stakeholders across regions, functions, and seniority levels within the global marine organization.
Support the commercial organization by enabling new ways of working, tools, processes, and capabilities.
Act as a sparring partner to commercial leadership on prioritization, execution, and change management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in a commercial, strategy, or transformation environment, including planning and execution.
Thorough understanding on how to drive efficiency across a commercial operating model.
Experience working in a global, matrix organization with exposure to diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferably experience from an industrial B2B setting or marine-related businesses.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
