About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support European regulatory compliance for coatings and paints
Ensure compliance with EU chemical regulations (REACH, CLP, and related legislation)
Manage and maintain regulatory data in digital systems and databases
Develop and continuously improve regulatory reports, dashboards, and tracking tools
Conduct regulatory screenings and assessments to support product development and change-management activities
Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation (SDS, labels, product notifications)

Requirements

What you’ll need

A university degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Data-related scientific fields, or similar
Experience working with digital regulatory systems, databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Experience from a Regulatory Affairs role within the chemicals, coatings, or manufacturing industry
Solid knowledge of European chemical legislation, particularly EU REACH and practical product stewardship
Advanced skills in Excel (e.g. structured data handling, pivot tables, formulas); experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a strong advantage
Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
