About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage or perform work within accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, credit, collections, billing and invoicing.
General ledger accounting according to Hempel rules, including identification, calculation and posting of- Fixed assets register and depreciation.
Preparing Monthly Management reports.
Maintaining proper documentation for the above.
Coordinating month close for the selected accounts, in cooperation with the Finance.
Detailed review of correctness of accounts and initiating corrective and preventive actions
Tax, statistical, bank and employment reporting, if required, or support in external service provider.
Supporting external and internal audit process.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Accounting, Finance or related area
Minimum 3-year professional experience on similar position
Good command of the English language. Second language is seen as an asset.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel etc.)
Work in accounting system D365/AX2009 would be an asset.
