About the role

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team
  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting hotel clients in international markets
  • Monitor KPIs and sales targets, providing regular performance reports
  • Conduct sales calls and meetings with key prospects as needed
  • Work closely with leadership and operations to align sales goals with company objectives
  • Help shape training programs, sales scripts, and outreach strategies for the team

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in the hospitality , SaaS , or outsourced services industries is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to manage and grow sales pipelines, close deals, and hit revenue targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with remote work tools and able to operate independently during the remote startup phase
  • Must be Cebu-based or willing to relocate (remote work possible to start)
