About the role
- Take over warm leads generated by our sales development team or inbound channels
- Conduct final product presentations and follow-up calls with hotel decision-makers
- Manage objections, build trust, and guide prospects toward a confident buying decision
- Drive urgency and clarity in the closing process
- Collaborate closely with sales management and operations to ensure a smooth handover post-sale
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Closer in B2B, ideally in SaaS, hospitality, or service-based industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Confidence in speaking to hotel owners, GMs, and senior decision-makers
- Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and close deals without micromanagement
- Philippines-based; remote work setup
