About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle inquiries related to onboarding, activities, contracts, travel, invoicing, and payments.
Route requests to specialist teams (contracting, payments, ToV, etc.) and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Support offline contract execution and coordinate simple redlines with Legal.
Coordinate travel requests and communicate arrangements for non‑cross‑border engagements.
Provide guidance and support for post‑engagement questions, including payments and ToV‑related clarifications.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all interactions comply with internal policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

- 3–5 years of experience in HCP engagement, customer service, or coordination roles within healthcare or pharma.
- Good understanding of the HCP compliance environment and basic transparency/anti‑kickback principles.
- Strong communication skills and a “white glove” service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and German/Dutch/French/Ukrainian.
- Proactive, empathetic approach and readiness to work in a dynamic, international environment.
