Content Project Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create, edit, proofread, and manage consumer-facing content supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives.
- Translate technical, legal, operational, and business information into clear and engaging customer communications.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and communication standards across content.
- Coordinate content development with stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Product, and other business functions.
- Develop and maintain FAQs, knowledge base articles, and communication materials.
- Manage content updates, reviews, and approvals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and collaborate with global teams to deliver content on time.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high editorial standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in content development, communications, content marketing, knowledge management, technical writing, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working within large, international organizations.
- Experience supporting marketing, commercial, customer experience, or consumer engagement projects.
- Background in communications, content strategy, marketing operations, or knowledge management.
- Experience working with content management systems or knowledge bases.
- Exposure to change management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- High level of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
