About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
- - Act as a servant leader and coach, supporting Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions and achieving their objectives.
- - Remove impediments and proactively address risks, dependencies, and challenges impacting team performance.
- - Promote Agile values, principles, and best practices across teams and stakeholders.
- - Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and planning activities.
- - Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- - Work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and leadership in an international environment.
- - Support Agile transformation initiatives and help drive organizational Agile maturity.
- - Monitor and improve team effectiveness through Agile metrics, feedback, and continuous learning.
Requirements
What you’ll need- - At least 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams within international organizations or global corporate environments.
- - Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM I required, PSM II preferred) or an equivalent certification such as CSM or SAFe Scrum Master.
- - SAFe Agilist certification (or equivalent SAFe certification) and practical experience working within scaled Agile environments.
- - Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
- - Experience working with distributed, cross-functional, and multicultural teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- - Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive Agile adoption.
- - Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- - Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- - Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships across all organizational levels
